Our Firm

GNP Services, CPA, PA was established by Linda W. Dufresne, CPA as a complement firm to Dufresne & Associates, CPA, PA. The firm provides municipal bond services including arbitrage rebate and cash flow verifications, serving clients primarily in the State of Florida, but also throughout the United States.

Collectively,the firm's staff has over forty years of service with the firm and over fifty total years of service in the industry. Staff continuity provides our clients with consistency of service by highly experienced personnel.

The firm is certified as an MBE with the State of Florida.

Audit

Our sister company, Dufresne & Associates, CPA, PA provides the audit services described below. Special districts, municipalities, housing finance authorities, community redevelopment agencies, charter schools and not-for-profit entities are included in our audit client base. We serve, or have served, as auditors for the City of Flagler Beach, City of Neptune Beach, Town of Orange Park, Housing Finance Authority of Pinellas County, Housing Finance Authority of Polk County, Boynton Beach Community Redevelopment Agency, Town of Orange Park, City of Flagler Beach, New Outlook I and II, Inc. (HUD projects), and First Coast Technical College (A Charter School). Other attest services include compilations for the Housing Finance Authority of Broward County and agreed-upon procedures for JAXPORT.

Arbitrage rebate clients include Housing Finance Authorities of Orange, Pinellas, Miami-Dade, Duval and Escambia Counties, JEA, the City of Jacksonville Beach, FSU International Programs Association, Inc., and many others. Municipalities, special districts, health care facilities, housing finance authorities and many other types of organizations are included in our arbitrage rebate client base. We have experience with all types of issues from the straightforward "vanilla" fixed rate financing to the cutting edge variable rate and SWAP transactions, refunding issues involving transferred proceeds and issues subject to the universal cap.

Cash flow verifications

Our firm has provided cash flow verification services for many entities, including JEA, Reedy Creek Improvement District, Tampa Bay Water Authority, the City of Orlando, and the Orange County Expressway Authority. The bond issue sizes include financings in the hundreds of millions. We have experience with all types of structures, from the simple to the very complex.
