Linda W. Dufresne, CPA, established the firm of GNP Services, CPA, PA as a complement service company to Dufresne & Associates, CPA, PA. She has over twenty years of public accounting experience. After graduating Cum Laude from the University of North Florida in 1986 with a Bachelor of Business Administration - Emphasis in Accounting degree, Linda was in the health care accounting and financial reporting industry for three years. She also continued to attend the  University of North Florida to comply with the postgraduate requirements for the CPA examination, which she passed on her first attempt. She has over four years of auditing and municipal bond services experience with an international accounting firm serving clients in various industries including tax-exempt debt issuers, governments, non-profits, health care, and religious institutions.     Tisha Swearingen is the Bond Services Manager. She supervises the arbitrage rebate department, overseeing the preparation of reports to issuers of tax-exempt debt throughout the United States. She graduated from the University of North Florida, having earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with emphasis in Finance.
